We ate here last week at Meet on Main in Wendell. The food was okau but we had to wait a ridiculously long time to get it. It took us over a hour after we ordered to get a burger and steak and cheese. People that ordered after us (by a lot) got their food way before us. We pretty much missed almost the entire festival because we had our baby with us and could only pop by for a bit.

My group ordered a variety of menu items including the bowls, a steak & cheese, and a chicken sandwich from this food truck. The staff noted it'd be a little bit of a wait for the food to be made, but it came out hot and fresh. I had the steak & cheese (a philly with a thin shredded steak), and it was amazing. Our whole table was raving. I rarely write food reviews, but the customer service was spot on. We got to sample their sauce prior to ordering, and everything was prepared exactly as ordered with big portion sizes! I will be trying to find this truck again in the near future.

I went to their food truck on Fayetteville street during December for a Christmas event that was happening. I ended up getting the Mushroom & Swiss Burger. I will say this burger was very tasty. The only critique I would make for this burger is add a little more ingredients like onions or even lettuce or tamari. But for the lack of ingredients the meat flavor made up for it, it had extremely nice savory taste to it.

They were at Fainting Goat in Benson and my son got the Mushroom Burger and I got the Steak bowl. I can honestly say nothing but good everything was delicious perfectly cooked. The service was fine no complaints.

Big B’s is in my neighborhood tonight and we decided to check it out for the first time….. EAT HERE. First… if you have ever worked in a restaurant let alone a food truck you must know how difficult is to earn a health department rating of 100%. It’s next to impossible. But they have one. And the food is truly delicious. Flavorful with a pretty big menu given their limited space. And it was fast but not so fast that you know it was sitting there ready. It was made fresh. Delicious food and great friendly service not to mention how clean and in order they have to be for their rating.
